• Pre-existing damage, fragile items, and unsafe conditions are not the responsibility of The Sorted Life.

• Payment is due at or before service completion unless otherwise arranged.

• Photos may only be taken with your permission for marketing or portfolio purposes.

• Your privacy is always respected — no client information is ever shared.
